Concrete Cleaning
As a homeowner, you have a lot to take care of and maintain in order to keep both the interior and exterior of your home in great shape, such as lawn care, window cleaning, roof repair, fence maintenance and much more. You know how important it is to ensure that your home is well cared for.

However, concrete surrounding your house is often ignored when it comes to cleaning and maintenance. This includes your sidewalks and driveways. Research shows that they are the top areas most often noticed by visitors and passers-by, so it is also important that you would want to look after them.
Concrete is a porous material, as well as durable, which means that it may be difficult to tell when it needs to be cleaned. Yet, cleaning your concrete is essential for a number of reasons, and should not be neglected.
Understand that cleaning your concrete does not mean simply going out and spraying your sidewalk. All concrete isn't the same and has been treated differently because of different conditions.
There are many aspects you need to look after by type of soil or damage on the concrete, how it's been finished, does it have a sealer on top of it? What type? All this things can vary in so many different aspects and that's why you would also want to invest in a professional concrete service as well.
Mr Bee Cleaning has developed a multi step process starting from the inspection and going through the full understanding of problem finding and giving correct resolution using the correct product.
Unlike normal pressure washing with the spray gun where the dirt splashes everywhere and often doing more cleaning work on the side afterward, we use our clean and capture system that not only cleans evenly but captures all the waste water and returns it back to a holding tank.
After you get your concrete surface thoroughly cleaned, sealing usually comes along and plays the important part of maintaining the surfaces.
Sealing the surface creates a barrier that minimises the ingress of those materials. Adding two coats of sealer improves abrasion resistance while creating a barrier between the concrete colour and the effects of dirt, sun, rain and chemicals.
So it is recommended once you get your concrete professional cleaned, get it seal with either clear penetrating clear seal, or colour seal and epoxy seal.
